I’m Daleeda, founder and creative director of Once Upon a Flower.

For me, floral design is about more than beautiful blooms. It’s about creating an experience that feels personal, intentional and reflective of the people being celebrated.

My journey began in fresh floristry, where I developed a deep understanding of floral design, colour, texture and the natural movement of flowers. That foundation continues to influence every arrangement I create today, whether working with fresh florals, premium faux blooms or a combination of both.

What sets my approach apart is the attention given long before the event day arrives. Through personalised consultations, custom design briefs and carefully considered styling concepts, I help clients visualise their celebration before it comes to life. This process allows every detail to be thoughtfully planned, ensuring confidence, clarity and a seamless experience from beginning to end.

From weddings and bridal celebrations to christenings, Holy Communions and life’s most meaningful milestones, my goal is simple: to create beautiful spaces that leave lasting memories.
