Our preference is to meet with you in person, allowing us to get to know you as a couple, understand your vision, and discuss how you want your celebration to feel. It’s an opportunity to explore ideas, colour palettes, floral preferences, and the finer details that will shape your event.
For interstate or busy couples, video and phone consultations are also available

Regardless of whether we’ve worked at your venue before, we complete an on-site inspection with your specific celebration in mind. This allows us to assess the space, lighting, access, proportions, and installation requirements to ensure every design element is planned with precision.
Site visits can take place with you or independently, depending on what suits your planning process.
